| 摘 要： | 肾脏原则区别于肾器官,它在结构上不等于肾器官的结构,在功能上也不等于肾器官的功能。它与多个器官的结构与功能有关,但又不是其结构与功能或其相加和。它具有涉及多器官某些功能项的更高级的组织形态——功能性结构,是人体功能的一个子系统。它反映了人体更深的组织结构和生理病理内容。探讨并阐明肾脏是人体功能子系统,有助于自党发扬中医肾脏病证治的特色,深化中医肾脏本质的研究。

| Abstract: | The kidney in TCM can not be regarded as that in western medicine in the structure sense,neither is the kidney in TCM equal to the function of that in western medicine.The kidney in TCM is concerned with various organs in the structure and function,but it can not be regarded as the structure and function or the combination of them,The kidney in TCM has the higher tissue formation consisting of some functional items of various organs, the functional structure,which is a subtital system of the entire functional of the body,The kidney in TCM represents the deeper structure formation and the contents of physiology and p athology.lt is not only deep but also correct in sense,Clarification of the nature of the kidney visera as a functional subtital system of the whole body will assist us in upholding advantages of the diagnosis and treatment of kidney visera diseases,in deepening the study of the kidney visera diseases,in deepening the study of the kidney visera inherent character. |
