复方甘草酸苷联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:86例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为2组。对照组(40例)将10%葡萄糖酸钙溶液10mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液100mL中静脉滴注,qd;治疗组(46例)在对照组基础上,将复方甘草酸苷注射液20～80mL加入5%葡萄糖250mL中静脉滴注,qd。2组疗程均为14d。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为93.48%和75.00%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗过敏性紫癜疗效较好。

Efficacy Observation of SNMC Combined with Calcium Gluconate in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura

OBJECTIVE ： To observe the efficacy of SNMC combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of allergic purpura. METHODS： 86 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group （n=46）and control group（n=40）. Control group were injected with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL （i.v. gtt） once a day for 14 days. Treatment group were given SNMC injection 20-80 mL added into 5% glucose 250 mL （i.v. gtt） at the same time administered with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL once a day （i.v. gtt） for 14 days. RESULTS： The response rate was 93.48 % for treatment group and 75.00% for control group. Statistical significance was noted in difference of clinical efficacy between two groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： SNMC combined with calcium gluconate shows satisfactory effect on allergic purpura with good security.
