| 摘 要： | 目的探讨功能性消化不良(FD)与精神心理因素的关系,并观察心理干预在FD治疗中的作用。方法对256例FD患者使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行精神心理测评,将测评异常的158例FD患者随机分为2组,每组79例。对照组给予莫沙必利抗消化不良治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用黛力新,并给予心理干预,6周后观察两组疗效。结果 FD患者抑郁、焦虑情绪发生率显著高于我国常模水平(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 FD患者存在明显的抑郁和焦虑精神心理障碍,在常规抗消化不良治疗的基础上给予心理干预可明显提高疗效。 |
