| Abstract: | This article reveals the present state of teaching staff in teaching hospitals and difficulties and obstacles the hospitals confront when conducting the clinical courses through the investigation and analysis of 6 teaching hospitals.It provides a very useful reference for teaching hospitals in term of expanding their teaching resources and carrying out staff training. |
