解痉通络活血方联合西药对高血压左心室肥厚患者氧化应激及血管内皮细胞功能的影响

目的:观察解痉通络活血方联合西药对高血压左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)患者氧化应激及血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法:将117例LVH患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组57例和观察组60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合解痉通络活血方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后血管内皮指标血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)]及氧化应激指标血清超氧化物歧化酶(serum superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,TAC)、脂质过氧化物(lipid peroxide,LPO)]变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后舒张压、收缩压低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NO、SOD、TAC高于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后高于对照组治疗后;ET-1、MDA、LPO低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解痉通络活血方联合西药治疗高血压LVH患者,可降低患者血压,改善患者氧化应激以及血管内皮细胞功能。

The Influence of Decoction for Removing Spasm and Dredging Collaterals and Promoting Blood Circulation Combined with Western Medicine on Oxidative Stress and Vascular Endothelial Cell Function in Hypertensive Patients with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Removing Spasm and Dredging Collaterals and Promoting Blood Circulation combined with Western medicine on oxidative stress and vascular endothelial cell function in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:A total of 117 patients with LVH were randomly divided into the control group with 57 cases and the observation group with 60 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Decoction for Removing Spasm and Dredging Collaterals and Promoting Blood Circulation on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of the vascular endothelial indexes,such as serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),and oxidative stress indexes,such as serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(TAC)and lipid peroxide(LPO)before and after the treatment were detected.Results:After the treatment,SBP and DBP of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of NO,SOD and TAC in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the treatment;while ET-1,MDA and LPO in the observation group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of hypertensive patients with LVH,Decoction for Removing Spasm and Dredging Collaterals and Promoting Blood Circulation combined with Western medicine can reduce blood pressure,improve oxidative stress and vascular endothelial cell function.
