肺病治痰从气

肺系疾病多见痰证,痰者由体内津液代谢紊乱所致,乃人体气化失常的产物。肺之病变以肺之气为中心,而气与痰又有内在联系。但肺病的治疗不能不治痰,也不能专治痰或专治气,应抓住痰这个主症,即肺病者,宜从痰论治,而痰者,宜从气而治;其次,治痰先治气,治气即调气,从气调肺,亦是遵循肺乃气脏的本意,将肺病与气、痰结合起来,以更好地辨治肺系疾病。

Treating Lung Disease with Phlegm from Qi

Phlegm syndrome is commonly seen in lung diseases.Phlegm is caused by the disorder of body fluid metabolism and is the product of abnormal qi transformation in human body.The pathological changes of the lung are centered on qi of the lung,and there is an internal relationship between qi and phlegm.However,the treatment of lung disease cannot carry out without the treatment of phlegm,nor can it specifically treat phlegm or qi.We should grasp the main symptom of"phlegm",that is,lung disease should be treated from phlegm,and phlegm should be treated from qi.Secondly,the treatment of phlegm is should begin with treatment of qi,which means regulating qi.Regulating lung from qi also follows the original intention that lung is a qi zang-organ.Combining lung disease with qi and phlegm can better treat lung diseases.
