Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor of Bladder:Report of CT Manifestations of 2 Cases and Literature Review

Objective To evaluatie the clinical and CT manifestations of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of bladder(IMTB),and to improve the level of the differential diagnosis.Methods The clinical data and CT imagine features of 2 cases of IMTB were analyzed retrospectively,and the literatures were reviewed.Results IMTB tends to occur in young adults and children,the common symptoms were painless gross hematuria and dysuresia,it was commonly found in the superior or anterior or lateral wall,after enhancement the tumor shows fast in and slow out without pelvic organs and lymphaden metastasis.Conclusion IMTB has some clinical features,and CT manifestations,particularly the significant and consistent enhancement in delayed phase,provide the important clues for diagnosis.The final diagnosis relies on pathology and immunohistochemistry.
