| 摘 要： | 目的了解儿童感染的金黄色葡萄球菌(staphylococcus aureus,SA)对常用抗生素的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从我院2007~2009年住院患儿送检标本中分离出SA150株,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)检测14种抗菌药物的敏感性,并运用WHONET5.3软件对药敏结果进行统计分析。结果分离出的150株SA中,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin senstive suaphylococcus aureus,MSSA)77株,占51.3%;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)73株,占48.7%。MRSA对几种常用抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于MSSA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未发现耐替考拉宁和万古霉素的SA。结论儿童感染的SA对大部分抗生素敏感,但MRSA耐药较为严重,临床使用抗生素时应根据药敏试验结果审慎选择。
