食指背侧皮瓣转移治疗拇指部分缺损的护理

目的探讨食指背侧皮瓣转移治疗拇指部分缺损的护理技术和经验。方法在确定患者手术后，积极做好患者的术前术后护理，如心理护理，受供皮区的皮肤准备，术后热情接待安置患者，认真做好皮瓣的护理，预防血管痉挛，妥善固定皮瓣等护理。结果术后42例患者的皮瓣全部成活，成活率100％。结论食指背侧皮瓣转移治疗拇指鄙分缺损的术前术后护理措施对手术的成功是非常重要的。

Nursing of Thumb Segmental Defect Treated by Forefinger Dorsolateral Flap Transference

Objective The objective is to discuss nursing techniques and experience of thumb segmental defect treated by forefinger dorsolateral flap transference. Methods After knowing operation would be on, nursing of patients before and after it should be carried out positively. For instance, before it, psychological nursing should be made and the skin in segmental defect prepared, and after it, patients should be received passionately and nursing of flap and its fixation should be carefully and properly implemented and vasospasm must be prevented. Results After the operation, flaps transference of 42 patients were all successful with the rate of 100%. Conclusion Nursing measures before and after this operation play a very important role in its success.
