镓盐对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松模型影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究镓盐对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响,为镓盐治疗骨质疏松提供实验依据。方法 用维甲酸建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,并通过氯化镓灌胃给药治疗两个月,应用生化、病理等方法研究其对反映骨质疏松相关指标的影响。结果 维甲酸可导致大鼠骨结构改变,密度降低,骨有基质含量下降,血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TPAP)上升。应用氯化镓后,可增加骨密度,增加骨皮质厚度和骨小梁百分比,降低TRAP活性和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,从而降低骨转换率。结论 镓盐是一种有效的降低骨转换率的药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of gallium salts on bone metabolism in rats with tretinoin|induced osteoporosis and provide experimental basis for clinical application of the chemical agent. Methods After duplicating osteoporotic rat model by using tretinoin,we observed the effect of gallium chloride on changes of bone metabolism in blood,urine and bone in vivo. Results The bone structure of osteoporotic rat model was altered:the bone mineral density and the organic matrix decreased,and content of tartrate|resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP) in serum was high.After treatment with gallium salt,the above damages were inhibited or retarded. Conclusion Gallium salt is effective in treating osteoporosis.
