| 摘 要： | 通过对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease)近十年来文献资料系统查阅,总结目前国内外现有的AD流行病学研究概况,得出结论AD患病率在5%左右;发病率因文献报道较少,目前无完全定论,只有个别地区仅作参考;以及总结出较为完整的有关AD发病相关危险因素,通过以上文献查阅,对研究此项工作即对二级城市的AD流行病学调查研究尤其是样本估计及后续工作给予参考与指导作用。
