| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌合并糖尿病的围手术期治疗措施。方法对外科治疗的48例肺癌合并糖尿病者围手术期如何控制血糖以及术后并发症进行临床分析。结果48例患者均行手术治疗，术后并发症12例，无死亡病历。结论对糖尿病者围手术期合理采用降糖药，严格控制血糖，同样能减少并发症和死亡率，达到预期外科治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objjective In order to explore the treatment of the diabetic patients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period. Methods The clinic data so 48 diabetic patients with esoqhageal cancer were analyzde retrospectively. Results All 48 cases had been taken operation 12 compications, no death . Conclusion Using hypogly cenria drugs methodically during perioperative time to control the blood sugar can reduce operative compliation and mortality. |
