社会支持对老年人生活满意度的影响研究

目的探讨城乡老年人社会支持与生活满意度的关系,检验抑郁是否在老年人社会支持与生活满意度关系中起中介作用。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,在黑龙江省抽取1003名社区老年居民进行问卷调查。调查内容包括社会支持、抑郁和生活满意度。应用线性回归分析方法分析抑郁在社会支持与生活满意度之间的中介效应。结果回归结果显示,抑郁在老年人客观支持和生活满意度之间不存在中介作用,客观支持会直接影响老年人生活满意度(b=0.066,P<0.05);抑郁在老年人主观支持与生活满意度之间存在部分中介作用(b=0.244,P<0.001),中介作用占总效应的值为40.7%,抑郁在老年人对支持的利用度和生活满意度之间存在完全中介作用(b=0.053,P>0.05)。结论要实现健康老龄化、提高老年人生活满意度,尤其要注重老年人的社会支持,降低其抑郁的发生。

The influence of social support on life satisfaction of the elderly

Objective To explore the effect of social support on life satisfaction of the elderly. Methods A total of 1003 of elder adults were selected by multistage sampling. The survey in eluded the social support, depression and life satisfaction. A linear regression analysis was used to analyze the mediating effect of depression between social support and life satisfaction. Results Regression analysis showed that depression did not mediate the relationship between objective support and life satisfaction, and objective support had a direct impact on life satisfaction ( b = 0. 066, P < 0. 05 ). Depression played partly mediating effect between subjective support and life satisfaction (b=0. 244, P < 0. 001 ), and the mediating effect accounted for 40. 7% of the total effect. Depression had a complete mediating effect on the utilization of support and life satisfaction of the elderly (b=0. 053, P >0. 05). Conclusion In order to achieve healthy aging and improve the life satisfaction of the elderly, we should pay attention to the social support of the elderly and reduce the incidence of depression.
