基质金属蛋白酶-9与冠心病

摘    要:基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在细胞外基质的降解及重构过程中具有重要作用。它影响斑块的稳定性,与多种心血管疾病的发生、发展特别是冠心病密切相关。针对MMP-9的调节可能是治疗冠心病的一种方法。现就细胞外基质金属蛋白酶-9在冠心病方面的作用作一综述。

Abstract:Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)plays an important role in the degradation of extracellular matrix and the reconstruction process. It affects the stability of plaque and is closely related to a variety of cardiovascular diseases,particularly in the development of coronary heart disease. The regulation of MMP-9 may be a method of treating coronary heart disease. We review the role of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase-9 in coronary heart disease.
