| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨克隆性免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)基因重排在B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)诊断中的价值.方法]采用半巢式PCR方法,对81例B-NHL病例,36例反应性增生及12例非淋巴瘤组织样本进行克隆性免疫球蛋白重链基因重排检测,以上病例均为经福尔马林固定的石蜡包埋组织.结果]81例B-NHL中68例IgH阳性(阳性率为83.95%),36例反应性增生均为多克隆性,12例非淋巴瘤组织样本结果IgH均为阴性.结论]克隆性免疫球蛋白重链基因重排检测可以作为诊断恶性B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的有效分子标志.

| Abstract: | Purpose] To evaluate the significance of clonal immunoglobulin heavy chain gene(IgH) rearrangement in the diagnosis for B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(B-NHL). Methods]Semi-nested polymerase chain reaction was used to detect clonal immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues from 81 cases with B-NHL, 36 cases with reactive hyperplasia and 12 cases with non-lymphoma. Results] Of 81 cases with B-NHL 83.95%(68/81) were positive for clonal gene immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement. All 36 cases with reactive hyperplasia were multiclonal and all non-lymphoma tissues of 12 cases were IgH negative. Conclusion] Clonal immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement can be used as a effective diagnostic molecular marker for B-NHL. |
