| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）-2、MMP-13在风湿性心脏病（RHD）二尖瓣组织中的表达和作用。方法实验组为成人RHD患者16例,对照组为无心脏病变的成人意外死亡者7例。经HE染色及电镜观察两组组织学及超微结构变化,采用免疫组织化学染色（SABC法）测定两组二尖瓣组织中MMP-2、MMP-13的表达情况。结果实验组为风湿性病理改变,对照组结构基本正常。两组比较MMP-2、MMP-13的积分光密度（IOD）Z值分别为-2.633,-2.936,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论MMP-2、MMP-13的表达上调可能参与二尖瓣细胞外基质的重构,是其风湿性改变的重要分子机制之一。
