桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗咽性咳80例临床观察

目的:观察桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗咽性咳的疗效.方法:将80例咽性咳炎患者随机分成桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗组(以下简称治疗组,40例),和YAG激光治疗对照组(以下简称对照组,40例).治疗1周后,比较治疗效果.结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为87.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);两组疗程比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:临床观察发现桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗有助于改善咽性咳临床症状,提高疗效.

A clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with Jugeng Tcm Compound Recipe and YAG-laser on throat cough report of 80 cases

Objective: To observe the effect of throat cough treated by Jugeng Tcm Compound Recipe(JTCR) combined with YAG-laser(YL).Methods: 80 cases with throat cough,were randomly divided into treated group(treaded by JTCR and YL,40 cases),and control group(treaded by YL,40 cases).A week later,the therapeutic effects on throat cough were compared between two groups.Results: The clinical efficacy in the treated group was 100%,compared with the control group(87.5%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The curative duration of the treated group was significant shorter than the other(P<0.01).Conclusions:JTCR combined with YL could improve the clinical symptoms and shortern the curative duration in treating throat cough.
