大肠癌组织血管内皮生长因子的表达及其与复发转移的关系

目的：研究血管内皮细胞生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ）在大肠癌中的表达及其与复发转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法对正常肠粘膜、良性腺瘤入大肠癌中的ＶＥＧＦ进行了定位观察。结果：大肠癌ＶＥＧＦ的表达比正常粘膜上皮及腺瘤细胞明显提高，并且与癌的复发和转移有关，在有复发转移的大肠癌组，ＶＥＧＦ的表达更加明显，结论：ＶＥＧＦ表达水平反映了肿瘤血管内皮细胞增殖儿血管构建的水平，可作为肿瘤预后的一个指标。

Relationship between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and recurrence/metastasis of large intestinal carcinomas

Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in large intestinal carcinomas and its relationship with cancer recurrence and metastasis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to observe VEGF expression in nor-mal large intestinal mucosa,adenomas and carcinomas. Results: Compared to normal mucosa and adenomas, the expression of VEGF in carcinomas increased , and related to recurrence and metatsasis, especially in recurrence and metastatic group of large intestinal cancer.Conclusions: VEGF is highly related to angiogenesis of large intestinal carcinomas and promotes its growth, invasion and metastasis, and may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of this kind of carcinomas.
