对保洁人员掌握医院感染知识程度及个人防护现状的调查

目的了解保洁人员对医院感染知识的掌握程度及个人防护现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对56名保洁人员进行问卷调查。结果所有保洁人员均未掌握消毒剂的有效浓度;缺乏对规章制度的理解;医院感染知识欠缺;不重视防护用具的使用,不及时洗手,不知道科学的洗手方法。结论应加强对保洁人员医院感染知识培训,关注其个人防护,控制医院感染。

An investigation on the perceptions of hospital infection knowledge and the situation of self-protection among hospital cleaners

Objective To understand hospital cleaners' perceptions of hospital infection knowledge and the situation of their self-protection.Method 56 hospital cleaners completed the specially designed questionnaire.Results The results showed that all the cleaners had no idea about how to use disinfector and did not have an understanding of the hospital infection regulations.Most of them did not use the equipments to protect themselves,nor clean hands at the right time and in the right method.Conclusion It is suggested to strenghthen the training and self-protection among hospital cleaners to control hospital infection.
