摘    要:<正> 机体运动,特别是剧烈运动,要求有强有力的心功能作为必要条件,因其与代谢率密切相关,故在很大程度上反映着整个机体的机能状态,因此,对心功能的无损伤性、高灵敏度的简便探测,迄今仍为运动生理学研究中的重要方法学课题。


A SPORTS PHYSIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF HIGH FREQUENCY ECG EXERCISR TEST
Abstract:Observations through high frequency notching (HFN) before and after bicycle ergometer test ofsubmaximum intensity were made on a group of 147 junior athletes and a control group of non-athletes. Both groups showed remarkable increase in the number of HFN immediately after the test and 3-4minutes latet. A comparison between the pre-and post-test figures obtained from both groups were ofstatistical value. The control group showed even a greater increase in the number of HFN after the testthan the experimental group (P<0.001). However, no apparent ischemic changes were observed in either group's conventional ECG. which suggested that the high frequency ECG might be more sensitive lnreflecting the conditions of myocardial blood supply. It seemed that the HPN increase was caused bytemporary ischemia of myocardial fibers. which is a normal physiological phenomenon. Owing to itssensitivity to myocardial ischemia, the high frequency ECG is likely to be a new criterion in learuing theconditions of myocardial blood supply in athletes.
