摘    要:目的 了解鼻声反射仪自动分析结果 的误差成因,分析并提出解决误差的方案.方法 对260例鼻腔疾病患者行鼻声反射检测,对仪器自动给出的鼻腔最小横截面积进行人工复核,依据鼻声反射曲线类型将判别失误的病例分为3组,分析误差的原因,得出修正方法 .结果 经人工复核,在260例患者中,仪器自动分析结果 共有30例误判,误差率为1...

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To summarize the causes of error induced by automatic analysis of acoustic rhinometry,and to put forward the solutions.METHODS 260 cases suffering from nasal diseases were measured by acoustic rhinometry.The MCA(minimal cross-sectional area) differences between manual judgment and automatic analysis were carried out and 3 types of error were educed.The causation was found to correct the outcomes.RESULTS There were 30 cases(error rate 11.5%) inaccurately analyzed by acoustic rhinometry.Nasal narrow...
