| 参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法随机将90例患者分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组每日参芎葡萄糖注射液200 mL静脉滴注;对照组用低分子右旋糖苷500 mL,加ATP 40 mg,CoA 100 u静脉滴注,VitB1 0.1 g,VitB12 500μg,肌肉注射,每日1次。两组治疗均连续使用14 d后观察疗效。结果 2组治愈率与总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗神经性耳鸣有较好临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Shenxiong glucose injection treating nervous tinnitus.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group 45 cases.The treatment group was given ShenXiong glucose injection 200 ml by intravenous drip daily,and the control group with low molecular dextral glycosidase 500 ml,and ATP 40mg,batch record and CoA 100 u intravenous drip,VitB1 0.1g,VitB12 500ug,intramuscular injection,once daily.We observed 14 consecutive days of the two groups for curative effect.Results There was a significant difference between the cure rate and total effective rate in the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion ShenXiong glucose injection’s treating nervous tinnitus has good clinical curative effect. |
