| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药经验方腰突1号治疗腰椎间盘突出症气滞血瘀型的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月至2010年8月本院门诊诊断为腰椎间盘突出症(气滞血瘀型)的患者80例随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组40例,使用中药经验方腰突1号进行治疗;对照组40例,使用传统中药经方桃红四物汤进行治疗。分别在治疗的10 d、20 d、30 d使用"腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表"对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果研究组与对照组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药经验方腰突1号治疗腰椎间盘突出症气滞血瘀型疗效确切,易于实施,临床上可进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of the Chinese medicine experience yaotu 1 treatment on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 80(qizhixueyu syndrome) prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,40 cases,the patients of research group use yaotu 1 treatment;the patients of control group use taohongsiwu soup for treatment.Respectively of 10 day,20 day,30 day with curative effect evaluation.Results Differences between the control group and the effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion using Chinese medicine yaotu1 treatment on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc definite effect,easy to implement,clinical can further promotion. |
