| 摘 要： | 银屑病是一种常见的多因子遗传模式的复杂疾病,复杂疾病的发病机制在不同人群中存在种族差异性和遗传异质性。随着全基因组关联分析（GWAS）技术的推广应用,中国人群寻常型银屑病易感基因与其他国家人群的种族差异性逐渐被揭示,LCE、MHC等银屑病易感基因在中国人群的遗传异质性均被论证,PSORS9则被证实为汉族人群银屑病患者所特有的易感位点。

| Abstract: | Psoriasis is a common skin disease with strong genetic risk. It is a highly heterogeneous condition and the aetiology of it varies from different races and different districts. In recent years, with the development and application of GWAS, a lot of new susceptibility genes of psoriasis were found. Investigations suggest that LCE and MHC is significantly associated with susceptibility of psoriasis in Chinese, but it is different from the reports about Europeans. PSORS9 has been proven to be the specific susceptibility site in chinese psoriatic. |
