应变率成像技术定量评价原发性高血压患者左房功能的价值

目的探讨应变率成像技术（SRI）定量评价原发性高血压患者左房功能的价值。方法观察25例原发性高血压患者左房扩大组（高血压Ⅱ组）、22例原发性高血压患者左房正常组（高血压Ⅰ组）和20例健康对照组的E/A值、S/D值、LVEF、LAF、ASR值。结果3组之间LVEF差异无统计学意义,E/A及S/D在对照组、高血压Ⅰ组之间差异无统计学意义,而在对照组与高血压Ⅱ组之间差异具有统计学意义,3组之间LAF、ASR差异均有统计学意义。结论SRI技术能较好、较早的测量出原发性高血压患者左房功能的改变值,从而反映出高血压左室舒张功能改变,为患者较早进行临床干预提供了客观的依据。

Value of strain rate imaging in evaluating left atrial function in patients with essential hypertension quantitative

Objective To investigate the strain-rate imaging （SRI） in evaluation of left atrial function value in patients with essential hypertension quantitative.Methods 25 cases of essential hypertension in patients with left atrial enlargement group （hypertension Ⅱ group）,22 cases of patients with essential hypertension and normal left atrial group （hypertension Ⅰ group）and 20 healthy control group of E/A value, S/D value, LVEF, LAF,ASR value were detected respectively.Results LVEF among the three groups there was no significant difference,E/A and S/D between the control group and hypertension Ⅰ group there was no significant difference, between the control group and hyperlension Ⅱ group there were statistical significance. Among the three groups LAF, ASR ＂differences were statistically significant.Conclusion SRI technology is better,earlier in patients with essential hypertension to measure left atrial function value, Thus reflect changes in left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension, for patients with earlier clinical intervention provide an objective basis.
