急性心肌梗死患者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群与C-反应蛋白的相关性

摘    要:目的:研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:采用流式细胞仪技术测定33例AMI患者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群,并与对照组的30例比较;采用免疫散射比浊法测定33例AMI患者血清CRP的系列变化值,取其峰值。结果:AMI患者外周血CD3+和CD4+显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD8+无明显改变(P>0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于对照组(P<0.01);CRP峰值与CD4+/CD8+比值呈显著的负相关(r=-0.731,P<0.01)。结论:AMI患者细胞免疫功能受到抑制,T细胞亚群的变化与炎症因子CRP有相关性,炎症因子及免疫机制可能都是影响AMI患者病情进展的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective:To study changes of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations and serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and to explore the relationship between them.Method:Patients with AMI(n=33) and age-matched control group(n=30)were included in this study. Peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations were determined by flow cytometric analysis. Scatter turbidimetry was used to measure the serum level of CRP in 33 patients with AMI.Result:The absolute counting of CD3+,CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+/ CD8+ in patients with AMI were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01), No significant difference was found in the absolute counting of CD8+(P> 0.05). There was negative correlation between the serum CRP peak level and the ratio of CD4+/ CD8+ in patients with AMI (r=- 0.731, P< 0.01).Conclusion:Cellular immune function is suppressed in patients with AMI and T-lymphocyte subpopulations correlate with serum CRP. The inflammatory factors and the immunologic mechanism may both play important roles in development of AMI.
