城市社区高血压人群5年血压综合干预对危险因素影响

目的 了解对浙江省温州市近5年间城市社区高血压人群进行血压综合干预后对高血压危险因素的影响。方法 分别在2001及2005年对城市社区居民进行人户体检及详细询问病史调查，采集血压、并发症、饮食、运动量等数据。同时从2001年开始通过在社区开展宣传健康的生活方式，对调查发现的部分高危人群进行强化干预、定期抽样复查、随访等。结果 有统计学意义的是人群经常体育运动的人数增加，但同时高血脂人数增加明显。统计学意义不显著的是提高了人群高血压规则服药率，减少了吸烟、饮酒人数，在合并症上高血糖人数减少。结论 生活方式等危险因素有所改善，但是形势严峻，在社区对高血压等慢性病进行综合干预势在必行，并且还需要进一步加强。

The Community Comprehensive Prevention and Control on Hypertension Risk Factors in Songtai Community of Whenzhou

Objective To apply community comprehensive prevention and control on hypertension and observe the effects of interventions about risk factors. Methods 2001 year,we carried out a health promotion for general population and an intensified intervention for the high risk population in SongTai community of whenzhou. Before the intervention and 5 years later we collect the essential information by established family health files separately. Results Many risk factors of hypertension were controlled and people increase the frequency of exercise but the number of people with high levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol is still increase. Conclusions The situation of hypertension risk factors is severe, community comprehensive prevention and control on hypertension must be applied and strengthen.
