| Abstract: | We report an unusual case of psoas abscess,which developed twenty-one years afteripsilateral nephrectomy and was caused byinfrequent pathogen, Proteus mirabilis.It was diagnosed by computed tomography andwas drained percutaneously with a nephrostomytube guided by ultrasonography. |
