微型手术刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎

目的探讨微创手术技术，在治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎中的应用、疗效及并发症。方法总结我科自2008年3月-2009年5月收治狭窄性腱鞘炎93例，采用微型手术刀松解手术治疗，随访观察治疗情况，以手指关节功能恢复、肿胀、疼痛消失与否制定随访标准。结果93例中随访82例，平均随访时间6个月。除1例因功能锻炼不当出现粘连，一周后再次行松解术功能恢复外，余均达到一次性治愈，治愈率达100％。结论微创手术见效快、疗效好、操作简单，是治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的有效方法之一。

Minimally Invasive Treatment of Stenosing Tenosynovitis by Sharpoint Microsurgical Knife

Objective To explore the application, efficacy and the complicating disease of the ophthalmonogy sharpoint microsurgical knife minimally Invasive surgical technology used to cure stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum. Methods Summarizing the 93 patients who were stenosing tenosynovitis of our department during March 2008 to May 2009,we apply minimally invasive surgical technique of sharpoint microsurgical knife to release and follow up the treatment,setting up follow-up standards depends on whether functional recovery of finger joints, swelling and pain disappeared or not. Results we follow up 82 patients in 93, the average of the followlng-up time is 6 months. Except for one person occurred because of functional exercises improper adhesion who was recovered again by release operation a week later,the remaining 92 patients were the one-time cure ,the rating of cure was 100%. Conclusion being its quick treatment, good effects and simplicity of operation, minimally invasive treatment of sharpoint microsurgical knife is one of the effective ways to treat stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon .
