| 摘 要： | 目的：观察支具、支架在屈肌腱修复术后应用的效果。方法：２８ 例屈肌腱修复术后患者随机分为支具、支架使用组与对照组，治疗８ 周后采用 Ｔ Ａ Ｍ法［１］ 评估手功能。结果：支具、支架使用组优良率明显高于对照组。结论：支具、支架应用对术后手功能恢复有明显作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effectofkleintapplying aftertendon repaired. Methods:28 patients were ran domly dividedintothe kleintused group and the control group (the kleint unused group) . After8 week'streatment,evaluatedthe effect by T A M. Result: The excellentand good rate ofthe kleintused group achieved significently betterthan the controlgroup . Conclusion : Thatkleint used aftertendon repaired could achieve significenteffective in rehabit hand function. |
