早期梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞Th1/Th2分化状态的检测

目的探讨早期梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞Th1/Th2极化状态的变化。方法利用荧光单克隆抗体标记,结合流式细胞术,检测梅毒患者外周血中Th1/Th2细胞的比例。结果与正常对照组相比,一期梅毒患者外周血中,Th0和Th1细胞比例明显升高(P<0.01);二期梅毒患者Th0、Th2细胞比例明显升高(P<0.01),而Th1/Th2比值则明显降低(P<0.01);潜伏梅毒患者各项指标与对照组相比差异无统计学意义;血清固定组患者Th0和Th2细胞比例显著升高(P<0.05),而Th1/Th2比值则明显降低(P<0.05);RPR滴度与Th1/Th2各项指标之间无明显相关性。结论早期梅毒患者在由一期向二期进展的过程中,外周血淋巴细胞存在着由Th1向Th2极化状态的转变。

Detection of Th1/Th2 Polarization in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Early Syphilis

Objective To investigate the Th1/Th2 polarization in the peripheral blood of patients with early syphilis.Methods Flow cytometric analysis was employed to study the surface antigen (CD3,CD8) and intracellular cytokines (INF-γ,IL-4) of T cells in the peripheral blood of 72 patients with early syphilis.Results Compared with that of normal controls,the levels of Th0 and Th1 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with primary syphilis were significantly higher (P<0.01);the levels of Th0 and Th2 cells of patients with secondary syphilis were significantly higher (P<0.01),and the ratio of Th1/Th2 was significantly lower (P<0.01);the levels of Th0 and Th2 cells of patients with sero-fast syphilis were significantly higher (P<0.05) and the ratio of Th1/Th2 was lower (P<0.05).The difference between the levels of Th0,Th1,Th2 and Th1/Th2 of patients with latent syphilis and normal controls was not statistically significant.Conclusion The polarization of help T lymphocytes switch from Th1 to Th2 in the progress of patients from primary syphilis to secondary syphilis.
