| 摘 要： | 目的 :促进我国驻店执业药师与医院医师的合作。方法 :运用SWOT分析方法 ,分别对驻店执业药师和医院医师各自的优、劣势以及各自所处环境的机会、威胁进行分析。结果与结论 :我国驻店执业药师和医院医师应各司其职、相互交流、共同协作 ,一起服务于我国的卫生保健事业。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To promote the cooperation between licensed pharmacists in drug store and physicians in hospiˉtal.METHODS:The respective advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and intimidation subjected of pharmacists and physiˉcians were analyzed with SWOT analysis method.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The licensed pharmacists in drug store and physicians in hospital should perform their own functions,communicate each other and cooperate to make joint efforts for health service in China. |
