老年高血压脑卒中恢复期伴焦虑患者的心理护理

目的探讨老年高血压脑卒中恢复期伴有焦虑情绪的较佳护理方法。方法将98例老年高血压脑卒中恢复期伴焦虑情绪患者随机分为A、B两组，各组49例。A组应用非洛地平口服、舒血宁静点，B组在A组治疗基础上注重心理护理，疗程均为12周，治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评量表评定2组焦虑状况，采用神经功能残损量表评定脑卒中功能障碍恢复情况，并比较血压、心率的变化情况。结果治疗12周末，B组收缩压、舒张压较A组差异有统计学意义，焦虑状况有显著改善；神经功能残损评定（SIAS）B组神经功能障碍恢复显著。结论注重心理护理是治疗老年高血压脑卒中恢复期的较佳护理方法。

Psychological Nursing in Senile Hypertensive Stroke Patients with Anxious Emotion in Recovery Period

Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing in senile hypertensive stroke patients with anxious emotion in recovery period. Methods 98 senile hypertentive patients with anxious emotion were randomly divided into 2 groups （ each n = 49 ）. A group received combination of Felodipine and Ginkgo, B group did combination of Felodipine and Ginkqo, and psychological nursing performed for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, anxious states were assessed with Self-rating Anxious Scale （SAS） ;Nervous function recovery states were assessed with SIAS and BP,heart rate measured and compared. Results After 12 weeks treatment,SBP and DBP of B group most significantly different from those of A group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. According to the SAS, anxious and recovery states of the 2 groups both significantly improved after treatment. Conclusions Psychological nursing has significant effectiveness in senile hypertensive stroke patients with anxious emotion in recovery period.
