| 摘 要： | [目的]对重庆市2009年手足口病进行病原学调查,了解重庆市肠道病毒的感染情况。[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR方法(real-timePCR),对临床诊断为手足口病的261例患者进行肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CoxA16)的核酸检测。[结果]261例患者中,158例EV71、49例CoxA16、2例其他肠道病毒;4月份为疫情高峰期,10～11月出现一个次高峰。[结论]2009年重庆市儿童手足口病以EV71为主,CoxA16也有散发病例。 |
