恶性肿瘤患者真菌感染的菌株分布及耐药监测分析

摘    要:
[目的]分析恶性肿瘤患者真菌感染的菌株分布及耐药性。[方法]对297株真菌进行培养鉴定和药敏试验分析。[结果]我院真菌医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,达49.2,其次依次为泌尿道,占14.5,皮肤黏膜,占12.8,消化道,占10.4,血液,占7.7。真菌以白色假酵母菌为主,占64.0,其次依次为热带假丝酵母菌,占16.5;克柔假丝酵母菌,占10.8,烟曲霉菌,占4.0,黑曲霉菌,占3.0。真菌对伊曲康唑耐药率最高,达54.5,对氟康唑和酮康唑也表现出较高的耐药性,均达40以上,对氟胞嘧啶最为敏感,敏感率达96.0。[结论]我院真菌感染主要以下呼吸道为主,白色假酵母菌为主要菌株类型,耐药率呈上升趋势,临床应注意抗生素的合理应用。

Abstract:
[Objective]To analyze the distribution and drug-Resistance of fungal infections in malignant tumors patients.[Methods]297 strains of fungus were cultured and tested susceptibility.[Results]In our hospital,respiratory tract was the main fungal infection site,accounted for 49.2%,followed by urinary tract,skin and mucous membranes,digestive tract,blood,accounted for 14.5%,12.8%,10.4% and 7.7%,respectively.The main fungi was fake white yeast,accounted for 64.0%,followed by candida tropicalis,candida krusei,aspe...
