肌性血管周细胞瘤临床病理观察

目的 报道1例肌性血管周细胞瘤的临床病理学特征，复习近年来血管周肌样细胞来源肿瘤的概念。方法 对1例肌性血管周细胞瘤进行临床病理分析及免疫组化研究并复习相关文献。结果 肌性血管周细胞瘤临床病理特点为具有嗜酸性的圆形、卵圆形细胞围绕血管腔形成的典型的同心圆状结构，可伴有间质透明变性、骨化和巢状淋巴组织增生。免疫组化结果提示血管周同心圆状排列的肌样细胞平滑肌SMA、actin（＋），desmin部分（＋）。CD34、CD99和bcl-2（- ）。结论肌性血管周细胞瘤是新列入WHO软组织肿瘤病理分类的肿瘤，其特点是嗜酸性的圆形、卵圆形细胞围绕血管腔形成典型的同心圆状结构，瘤细胞常表达肌源性标记。它和血管球外皮细胞瘤及成人的婴儿型肌纤维瘤病均属于血管周肌细胞瘤的范畴。

Myopericytoma: a clinicopathological observation

Objective To report the clinicopathologic features of a case of myoporicytoma. Methods A case of myoporicytoma was studied with conventional histopathological and immunohistoehemical stains. The literatures about hemangiopericytoma were reviewed. Results The histologic feature of myopericytoma reported here was the presence of round and oval cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm arranged circumferentially in layers around vascular lumina, and with the hyalinized stroma, formation of mature bone tissue and hyperplasia of lymphocyte, lmmunohistochemical stains shown the oval cells around vessel were positive for SMA and aetin. Conclusions Myoporicytoma is a new entity, which is listed in the WHO Pathologic Classification of Tumors of Soft Tissues. The histological feature of myopericytoma is the presence of round and oval cells with eosinophilie cytoplasm arranged circumferentially in layers around vascular lumina. Infantile-type myofibromatosis of adult, myoporicytoma and glomangioperieytoma all belong to hernangioporicytoma.
