| 摘 要： | 对19例腕部陈旧性舟状骨骨折的病人,进行了桡骨茎突切除术,对其中10例作了随访,结果表有7例患者恢复原工作,3例患者能参加一般劳动,但腕关节有轻微疼痛。平均随访时间在5年以上.本文结合临床资料,对手术治疗的方法和注意事项进行了讨论,认为此方法治疗腕关节陈旧性舟状骨骨折仍有其一定价值。

| Abstract: | 19 patients were hospitalized and underwent the radial tubercle osteotomy over the past ten years. 10 patients were followed up more then five and a half year. Of these 10 patients 7 returned to their original work, 3 patients felt a little painful in their wrist joints during work. The method of operation and the problem involed were discussed. We suggest that the radial tubercle osteotomy be a method of treatment in the old fracture if scaphoid of the wrist joint |
