| 摘 要： | 阿片类药物是临床上广泛使用的镇痛药物,但其成瘾性也一直是临床难以解决的问题。阿片类药物成瘾的具体机制仍不十分清楚。研究发现,前边缘皮质与环境偶联的药物成瘾密切相关。本文综述近年来前边缘皮质谷氨酸受体在阿片类药物成瘾过程中的作用研究,为进一步探究阿片类药物成瘾的机制,寻找阿片类药物成瘾的防治新靶点提供参考。
