银耳孢子多糖抑制肿瘤及放射增效作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究银耳孢子多糖对小鼠淋巴瘤、U14宫颈癌的抑制作用及与γ射线合用协同增效作用。方法用肿瘤抑制率评价银耳孢子多糖在6,12,24 mg/kg 3个剂量时对肿瘤的抑制作用及与γ射线合用协同增效的作用。结果银耳孢子多糖在3个剂量下,对小鼠淋巴瘤和U14宫颈癌均有一定的抑制作用,6 mg/kg剂量时抑制肿瘤的效果好于24 mg/kg剂量。12 mg/kg剂量对淋巴瘤的抑制作用明显,抑瘤率为61.3%(P<0.01);6 mg/kg剂量时,与γ射线合用对肿瘤的抑制率为72.6%(P<0.001)。对于U14宫颈癌,在6 mg/kg剂量时,间隔给药抑瘤效果最明显,抑瘤率为47.5%,与γ射线合用对肿瘤的抑制率提高到71.2%(P<0.001),与对照组相比差异显著。结论银耳孢子多糖对小鼠淋巴瘤、U14宫颈癌有较好的抑制作用,和γ射线合用对淋巴瘤的抑制作用增强,提示银耳孢子多糖和γ射线合用有一定的协同增效作用。

Abstract:Purpose To study anti-tumor effect of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis ferment and synergism combined with γ rays in mice.MethodsThe inhibitory rates on tumor were used to investigate the effect of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis ferment at 6,12,24 mg/kg dose and combined with γ rays in mice.ResultsPolysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis ferment at 6,12,24 mg/kg dose inhibits lymphoma and U14 cervical cancer in mice to certain extent.Its inhibiting effect at low dose is visible compared with at high dose.The inhibitory rate on lymphoma of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis at 12 mg/kg dose was(61.3%)(P<0.01),and at 6 mg/kg combined with γ rays was 72.6%(P<0.001),on U14 cervical cancer at 6 mg/kg dose was 47.5%(P<0.01) and 71.2%(P<0.001) combined with γ rays,there was significant difference compared with control group.ConclusionPolysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis inhibits lymphoma and U14 cervical cancer markedly in mice and its inhibiting effect will enhance combined with γ rays.
