军医大学创建研究型医院的实践

创建世界一流研究型医院是军医大学附属医院建设的战略目标,是自身健康发展、持续发展和科学发展的必然要求。在创建中,学校综合三所附属医院优势,坚持研究型医院理念,从转变医院发展模式、引导学科生态发展、培育卓越联勤军医、提高自主创新能力、提升医院发展软实力等方面深入实践,并取得一些经验。

Practice on Building Research -oriented Hospital by Military Medical University

One of the important strategies of the development of military medical university affiliated hospitals is to establish world elass researehing hospital. It is also an essential requirement for its healthy, sustainable, and scientific development. To strengthen the philosophy of researching hospital, we combine general advantages of the three affiliated hospitals, and take on some actions on hospital development mode transformation, guiding subjects for ecological developing, training distinguished combined service force of army medic, promoting the ability of independent innovation, and also improving the soft strength of hospitals. This paper is about some reflections on the issues abovementioned.
