| Abstract: | The main methods and experience of special developing were elaborated in the hospital as following：guided by the special subjects, special talents, special services and special support, based upon the reality, holding the developing trend, relying on scientific management and reform, improving the serving ability continuously of hospital. This special development can be helpful for the hospital to promote medical treatment, teaching, research, war reserves work and so on. |
