| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠道息肉的效果及安全性。方法对内镜诊断经病理证实的胃肠道息肉76例行内镜下氩离子凝固术,观察疗效及并发症。结果 76例共108枚息肉,其中93枚为扁平、广基息肉,仅行氩离子凝固术,另15枚有蒂息肉采用内镜下圈套治疗配合氩离子凝固术。经1～3次凝固术治疗病变均消除,息肉全部治愈。结论内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠道广基、扁平息肉或息肉样隆起疗效佳、安全性好、不良反应少,可作为首选治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the values of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation（APC） for the treatment of gastrointestinal（GI） polyps.Methods Pathologically confirmed GI polyps were coagulated using argon plasma Results A total of 108 polyps,including 93 flat and thin sessile polyps,15 pedunculated polyps,in 76 patients were all cured by APC.Time of coagulation for every polyp was determined by its size and location.Polyps became flat and thin after 1-3 times of coagulation.Conclusion Treatment of GI polyps by APC is safe,efficacious and has low side effects.It can be the first choice for the treatment of sessile gastrointestinal polyps,flat and thin polyps or polypoid projection. |
