根痛合剂治疗神经根型颈椎病100例

摘    要:
目的观察和评价中药根痛合剂治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效和安全性。方法 100例神经根型颈椎病患者口服根痛合剂治疗,治疗前后测量患者血浆P物质(SP)浓度并评定临床疗效。结果治疗两个疗程后,患者血浆SP浓度及疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.01);治疗效果:病程两个月以下显效率82.8%,病程两个月至一年显效率60%,病程一年以上显效率37.5%,总有效率为84.0%;治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论根痛合剂治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效明确、安全可靠,尤其适用于神经根型颈椎病急性期治疗。

Abstract:
Objective To observe and assess efficacy and safety of Gengtong mixture in treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Methods Patients of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy in 100 cases were given oral mixture treatment. We measured the plasma substance P( SP) level before and after the treatment,and evaluated the clinical efficacy. Results After two courses of treatment,plasma SP level and the pain score was significantly lower than before treatment( P 〈0. 01). Efficacy: Effectual rate was 82. 8% under two months,60% two months to one year,37. 5% more than one year. Total effective rate was 84. 0%. There was no significant adverse effects during the treatment. Conclusion Gengtong mixture treatment for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy is effective,safe and reliable,which is especially suitable for acute phase of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.
