| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗红斑性肢痛症的临床疗效。方法：采用三妙散，阿斯匹林等药物口服，辅以针灸及中药熏洗等综合治疗的方法。结果：地8例红斑性肢痛症患者经治疗后，痊愈者15例。好转者3例，痊愈率83%。结论：中西医结合疗法是目前治疗红斑性肢痛症较好的方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicines,in the treatment of erythromelalgia.Methods Oral Sanmiao San,oral western medicines like asprin,adjuvant acupuncture and moxibustion and fumigation. Results Of 18 cases,15 were cured and 3 improved;the cure rate was 83% and the effective rate 100%.Conclusion The combined treatment may be one of the most effective methods for treating erythromelagia. |
