| 摘 要： | 目前尚无中医症状的分类标准,本文在分析中医症状体征分类的现状与研究进展的基础上,依据中医临床诊疗过程特点,将症状体征按照信息来源分：四诊类症状体征、中医仪器诊察类症状体征、体质诊察类体征三大类,以期为完善中医临床术语系统的分类奠定基础。

| Abstract: | There is no standard about symptoms classification of traditional Chinese medicine. The status and research progress about classification of symptoms and signs of TCM are analyzed. In order to use in TCM clinical terminology system (TCMCTS), the classification of symptoms and signs are discussed. According the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment process and different information sources, the symptoms and signs are classed: syndrome and sign through 4 diagnostic methods, syndrome and sign through analyzing the physical constitutions of the patients, syndrome and sign through diagnosis with instruments of TCM. The study result may help to improve the categories of TCM Clinical Terminological System. |
