臂丛神经磁共振成像技术的临床应用

摘    要:
目的:探讨臂丛神经磁共振成像技术的临床应用价值。方法:采用1.5T磁共振对60例患者进行臂丛神经MRI扫描,并根据病变情况进行多角度、多层面以及曲面等重建。结果:60例患者中,创伤性病变50例,其中正常神经表现型6例,神经变性型12例,神经疤痕型8例,神经消失型24例。非创伤性病变10例,其中肿瘤7例,炎症3例。所有序列成像清晰,3D序列图像经后处理重建后对臂丛神经根及神经节显示率明显较高。结论:用MRI检查臂丛神经.是准确显示臂丛神经及其相关结构非常有效的技术。作为一种最理想的新型无创影像检查手段.MRI对臂丛神经病变的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the brachial plexus magnetic resonance imaging technology and its clinical value. Methods The 1.5T magnetic resonance was used on 60 patients with brachial plexus scanning, according to the situation of each lesion with a multi-angle, multidimensional and surface reconstruction, etc. Results In 60 patients, there were 50 cases of traumatic lesions, including 6 cases of nerve normal phenotype, 12 cases of nerve degeneration, 8 cases of the neural scarring, and 24 cases of absent of nerve. There were 10 cases of non-traumatic lesions, including 7 cases of cancer, 3 cases of inflammation. All sequence image formation was clear. After 3D sequence images were reconstructed by post-processing,the brachial plexus nerve root and ganglion showed significantly higher rates. Conclusion MRI examination brachial plexus is a very effective technology to accurately display brachial plexus and its related structures. As an ideal new non-invasive imaging method, the brachial plexus in the diagnosis and treatment is of great significance.
