摘    要:目的]探讨黄芩苷的神经保护作用与促进内源性神经前体细胞(NPC)的关系。方法]以Wistar大鼠双侧大脑皮质为标本,培养星形胶质细胞,采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法检测趋化因子mRNA的表达。结果]黄芩苷处理的缺氧星形胶质细胞能促进NPC的迁移。结论]黄芩苷对神经有保护作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the relation between the neuroprotective effect of baicalin and endogenous nerves precursor cell(NPC). Methods] Taking the two-side cerebral cortex in Wistar rats as the sample to cultivate astrocyte and determine the mRNA expression of chemotatic factor with PCR.Results] The hypoxia astrocyte treated with baicalin may promote the migration of NPC.Conclusions] The baicalin has a certain neuroprotective effect and has provided some experimental basis for its clinical application.
