| 摘 要： | 本文论述了抗震救灾四级卫勤组织指挥体制与三级保障体制的构成;提出了抗震救灾卫勤力量筹措的原则与种类,卫勤力量部署的形式;阐述了抗震救灾卫勤保障力量的类型及任务分工;分析了抗震救灾过程中卫勤保障工作重点的四个转换;明确了抗震救灾卫勤力量协同的组织与内容。

| Abstract: | The author introduced the constitution of organization and command system consisted of four grades, as well as the three -grade support system of health service during earthquake rescue. Then, the author pointed out the principles and kinds of health strengths raising, as well as the allocation form of it during earthquake rescue. The kinds and function division of health strengths in earthquake rescue were also defined. The author also put forward the four transmits of health service work during earthquake rescue, as well as the organization and contents of health strength coordination. |
