摘    要:目的:建立中药材白芍的新鉴定分析方法。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法。结果:通过对1个白芍对照品、1个白芍标本和3个白芍中药材进行实验、分析,获得了白芍的标准X射线衍射Fourier图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法可用于中药材白芍的鉴定。

Abstract:Object To develop a new identification and analysis method of the root of Paeoniae lactiflore Pall. Methods Powder X ray diffraction Fourier pattern was used. Results Experiments and analysis were carried out on five samples. The standard X ray diffraction Fourier pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks were obtained by one of the root of P. lactiflora control, one of the root of P. lactiflora sample, and three of the root of P. lactiflora Chinese medicinal materials. Conclusion This method can be used for identification on Chinese medicinal materials of the root of P. lactiflora.
