高职护理教学中运用联合教学法的实践与研究

摘    要:目的:探讨在高职护理专业护理教学中运用案例与情景联合教学法的实践效果。方法:随机抽取2007级与2008级护理系2个班共90名护生,分为实验组42名和对照组48名。实验组采用案例与情景联合式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。测量两组护生期末考试成绩和实践能力。结果:实验组护生理论知识成绩和实践能力成绩均高于对照组(P0.001)。结论:运用案例与情景联合教学法能激发护生的主观能动性,提高护生实践、沟通、协调与思维能力及分析解决问题等综合能力,提高护生综合素质与教师的教学效果与水平。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the efficiency of the combined teaching method of cases and scenarios in nursing teaching.Methods: 90 students from Grad 2007 and 2008 in the Nursing Department were randomly divided into the experimental group(42 students) and the control group(48 students).The combined teaching method was adopted in the experimental group,while traditional one in the control group.The students’ performance in final exam and their practical ability were assessed in both groups.Results: The students’ grades in both theory exam and practical skill exam in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion: Application of the combined teaching method is helpful in promoting and developing the students’ comprehensive capacities,such as the ability in clinical communication,in the coordination and thinking,in analyzing and solving problems,and thus helpful in improving students’ integrated quality.This method can also improve the teachers’ teaching effect and teaching skills.
